The initiative of this site is to disseminate our ancient Ethiopian Culture and tradition, using information that is given to us through the ivine spirit of His Imperial Majesty Emperor Haile Selassie 1st, Victor and Conqueror on dis yah battle field, in the past, present and the future. We the Black Peoples of the World, in order to effect Unity, Solidarity, Liberty, Freedom and Self-determination, to secure Justice and maintain the Integrity of Ethiopia, which is our divine heritage, do hereby establish and ordain this Constitution for the Ethiopian World Federation, Incorporated. Local 3 represent the Negusa Negast (King of Kings) without any apology to any other. Local 3 is based in London, the only local in London, making it the Trinity local in Europe. Local 3, first started as the Research and Repatriation Committee, back in 1981, which has over the years expanded into different areas and fields, creating new platform to take the works of Liberation further towards our aims and objectives. Local 3, has recently created a charitable enterprise call the Negusa Negast Enterprise, which is solely aimed at the charitable aims of the EWF Inc charitable status at home and abroad. As we move further into developing this site, we will be edifying the people, by ways and means accessible to us, through culture, knowledge, training, education, employment, recreation, health and social care, music and words sound and power.
